RingSafe AI sends SMS messages only after a customer opts in, and only for account setup, verification, service notices, and support. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, at any time.

Consent Customers agree before any service-related SMS is sent.
STOP Customers can unsubscribe from SMS at any time.
HELP Customers can request support by replying HELP.

How consent is collected

  1. The customer visits the RingSafe AI website or speaks with support.
  2. The customer provides a mobile number during signup or account setup.
  3. The customer checks the SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form.
  4. RingSafe AI stores the consent record with timestamp, phone number, source page, and consent language.
  5. RingSafe AI sends SMS messages only within the scope described here.
Backend record: RingSafe AI stores phone number, consent status, consent timestamp, source URL, and the exact consent text shown at signup.

Opt-out and help handling

Customers can cancel SMS messages from RingSafe AI at any time by replying STOP. After STOP, one confirmation message is sent and no further SMS messages are sent unless the customer opts in again.

STOP confirmation:

RingSafe AI: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages. Reply START to opt back in or contact support for help.

HELP response:

RingSafe AI: For help, visit ringsafe.ai/sms-compliance or contact support at admin@ringsafe.ai. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.
Privacy

No selling of SMS data

RingSafe AI respects customer privacy. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only to provide RingSafe AI services, account notifications, verification, support, and customer-requested communications.

RingSafe AI does not sell customer phone numbers and does not share SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
